  The whole team at Lookers Chipperfield were really welcoming and professional. From the ladies on the front desk, to sales members and the sales manager, all made a great impression. A particular thank you to James Gradey who made the whole experience personal, stress free and overall very pleasant. He showed a lot of attention from the first phone call I made.

  Quite possibly the worst car buying experience! I'd like to leave a zero star review but it won't let me post without leaving at least one star.
  My complaints regarding this dealership are way too long to list here but please, please take note of the number of reviews citing poor customer service. If they experienced anything close to what we've had then I urge you to consider buying elsewhere unless you want your e-mails ignored and promises of call backs not fulfilled.
  From the moment we arrived at an extremely small dealership in a village location with poor parking (not their fault I appreciate) this experience has been a hassle from start to finish. What should be an exciting time when purchasing a car they've managed to extract any joy from the whole process. Two weeks after the sale was completed on a used vehicle we are still waiting for a problem to be fixed and delivery to take place despite the garage's insistence that the deal and finance was completed and in place by the end of last month. Now have the pleasure of financing two cars at the same time.
  To all the 4/5 reviewers....are you sure you've been to the same place?
